The stainless 'Calypso' with Mother of Pearl inlay and hand-forged damascus was created from multiple alloys of stainless steel.  This beautiful material is heat treated to Rockwell 58-59 for excellent sharpness and edge retention.  This piece features premium natural Blue Topaz, precision cut and set in 18K gold bezels.
